At Beebeecrystal, we want you to feel the positive energy of every piece you receive. If your order doesn't resonate with you, we are here to help.

14-Day Return Window You have 14 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your crystal must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, and in its original packaging (including all tags and any complimentary gifts).

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at info@beebeecrystal.com with your order number and photos of the item.

  2. Once accepted, we will provide the return shipping address and instructions.

  3. Please note: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues (Our Guarantee) Please inspect your crystals upon arrival. If an item is damaged during transit or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately.

  • For transit damage: Beebeecrystal will cover the return shipping costs or provide a full compensation plan.

  • For other returns: Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees and any incurred taxes. We do not accept "Cash on Delivery" or tax-due packages.

Exchanges Due to the significant weight and high shipping costs of natural crystals, we do not offer exchanges at this time. We recommend returning the unwanted item for a refund and placing a new order.

Natural Characteristics & Exceptions Every crystal is a unique gift from Mother Nature. Please note:

  • Natural Features: Minor internal cracks (cleavage), druzy pits, or mineral inclusions are natural characteristics and are not considered defects.

  • Visuals: Colors may vary slightly due to screen calibration and lighting.

  • Final Sale: We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3 business days. You will receive an automated email confirmation. Please keep in mind it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the funds to your account.
